Contracting – We handle the contracting process for any groups, local negotiated rate agreements or third party agreements. We collect credit card authorization forms as well as work directly with clients to ensure advance payments are submitted to the hotel for processing.

Prospecting – Your Regional Sales Consultant will remotely prospect your market by conducting online research, reviewing your hotels system data and watching for industry trends to capture new accounts.

Telemarketing – We are on the hunt to grow your business! Your Regional Sales Consultant will research and contact companies that have been identified to have potential room nights in your area.

Training – Your Regional Sales Consultant will provide comprehensive training to any newly hired sales associate to ensure they can perform daily sales activities successfully.
