    Long Term Sales Assistance

    This is our most popular sales program! Our long term program is geared to assist hotels that are in need of a continual sales presence. Our long term sales assistance program provides your hotel with a Regional Sales Consultant that works remotely with your hotel day after day and month after month. With this program, we are able to develop long term sales strategies and provide a reliable and constant sales presence within your market.

    Hotel Conversion Assistance

    Changing to a new brand or repositioning your hotel? Let our team of hotel experts assist you during your transition. Our team will handle the entire sales process during this very important time. There is more to repositioning your hotel than simply letting your current customers know a change is coming. Time is of the essence and we know exactly what information is necessary to successfully maintain and grow your business while undergoing a brand change. We review the current system database to obtain as much history and client information as possible and then transfer that information to your new system. We create new documents and forms for your hotel and communicate these changes to your current customers. After maintaining your current accounts, we then search for new business within your local market and feeder cities.
